As your Operations Project Manager, I am the implementer to the CEO, entrepreneur, or small business owner.

  • I work with entrepreneur's and bring their vision and what they want/need accomplished and create and execute a plan!

  • I will manage projects making sure everything is completed on time and goals are reached.

  • It is my role to get stuff done while creating processes, procedures, and workflows in the business.

  • I take charge and lead the team, helps to set and reach goals, delegates things to team members. 

  • I solve problems so you don't have to worry about it!

  • I will create all the processes and organization for the business to run efficiently.
